| ORDER PROCEDURE
1.Kindly fax or e-mail the completed Quotation
Form,specifying details of item,size,quantity required,and include representative
Pantone or Coates colour code indicated artwork.
2.We will promptly
respond with a comprehensive quotation for your consideration.
3.For
final production,notwithstanding that we can work off even hand-drawn images,we
have a strong preference for artwork to be supplied on a correctly assembled computer
disk.
4.SPOT COLOUR artwork designed on Apple Mac must be exported as
an Adobe Illustrator version 5 file for PC. Please note that the file name must
not exceed eight characters and must have an ai extension.Example [Logo.ai] All
text must be converted to curves.
Artwork designed on PC,must be supplied
as an Adobe Illustrator Version 5 or Corel Draw Version 9 or lower file. All text
must be converted to paths with font references to be supplied where possible.
HALF-TONE or CMYK artwork must be supplied in Freehand or Adobe Photoshop.The
document must be at least 25% of final size at 300DPI.Also required are colour
accurate proofs of the job(s).
5.Upon receipt of your official order,
we will supply a proportioned, dimensioned, colour indicated line drawing for
approval or modification. After that, just leave it to us. Continued
